Deliveries
The prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros, all French taxes included (French VAT and other applicable taxes), excluding shipping costs, order processing costs, and gift wrapping costs. Delivery outside mainland France*, French overseas territories, and abroad will remain payable by the customer, regardless of the amount of the order. Your order will be accepted while stocks last. Each item presented on the site is normally available in our stock.
Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. The maximum delivery time for your order is 15 days. The delivery time indicated when registering the order is given for informational purposes only and is not guaranteed. If, despite everything, one or more items in your order become unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible. Despite the numerous checks carried out regularly on our site, it is possible that a product listed on our site contains a pricing error. However, these are checked during order processing: if the corrected price is lower than the price displayed on our site, your item will be sent to you taking into account the lowest price.
Conversely, if the corrected price is higher than the one offered on our site, we will inform you as soon as possible and will cancel your order, unless you accept the order at the new price.
Orders placed on the site are exclusively deliverable in mainland France, Belgium and Switzerland.
1. Delivery Dispute
When delivering by our specialist carrier, we advise you to carefully check the condition of the goods in the presence of the driver.
IMPORTANT: The mention "subject to unpacking" has no legal value and does not cover you in any way in the event of damage noted after unpacking your package. Therefore, any item whose damage has not been explicitly and precisely noted on the delivery slip cannot be returned. The Customer must then confirm their reservations to the carrier by registered letter no later than three days, excluding public holidays, following the day of receipt of the Products and send a copy of this letter to BROOKE MEELER. In the event of non-compliance with an order, the customer must notify the reseller within 24 hours of delivery. Any claim outside this period will not be accepted. The product must be returned to BROOKE MEELER, 27 F chemin de Champlong, 69450 Saint-Cyr-Au-Mont-D'Or, in the condition in which it was received. A return slip will be sent to you by email, and the same product will be sent depending on stock and availability.
In the event of a lost/stolen package, you must contact the carrier to report the incident. The customer must send a HANDWRITTEN affidavit and proof of identity to contest it, from then on a claim is opened. A period of 15 to 20 working days will be necessary to decide on the file. The delivery person is obliged to have you sign the delivery slip during his visit, for a package with signature, in case of absence a notice of passage is left in the customer's mailbox inviting him to contact his Post Office. In case of force majeure due to exceptional conditions, if the carrier does not offer delivery with signature as a health precautionary measure such as during confinement, the package can be left in the mailbox if the size allows it or neighbors. The period of 15 to 20 days for claims may be extended depending on the events.
In all circumstances (with or without signature), if the package is declared "DELIVERED" with supporting declaration from the carrier, Brooke MEELER is then no longer responsible in the event of a claim of loss/theft.
2. Mediation
In accordance with article L133-4 of the Consumer Code, the consumer customer has the possibility of resorting, in the event of a dispute, to a conventional mediation procedure or to any other alternative method of dispute resolution if a common ground has not been found with the merchant site in accordance with the rules applicable to mediation, any consumer dispute must be submitted in advance in writing to customer service before any request for mediation at the following address:

Returns and exchanges
You have the right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order provided for in article 6 of these general conditions of sale, to return the items to us without having to provide a reason. In the event of delivery of an item not in conformity with your order or damaged during transport, please contact us at brookelyn.meeler@gmail.com upon receipt of the package. In the event of receipt of a damaged or non-compliant product, a photo will be requested from you. We undertake to return a replacement product, reimburse you or issue you with a purchase coupon for the value of your order. This coupon is only valid once, is limited in time and is neither exchangeable nor refundable. The exchange or refund will be made upon receipt of the damaged product, in its original packaging. If we agree to replace a damaged or non-compliant product with your order, you must return this product to us within 15 days of the date on which we confirmed its replacement. If you fail to comply with your obligation to return the damaged or non-compliant product within the said 15-day period, it will not be refunded to you.
All sprunchies, brushes and scalp brushes cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Right of withdrawal:
For in-salon purchases:
For in-salon purchases, you have fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase and upon presentation of the invoice to request an exchange or credit note. The fact that the buyer purchases within the salon implies his/her unreserved acceptance and full adherence to the general conditions of sale which are available at the salon reception point or from the salon staff, upon request from the buyer. As such, the buyer declares to have read and accepted the general conditions of sale appearing on our site. Hair accessories, combs and brushes will not be returned or exchanged. The buyer is informed in the salon of the essential characteristics of the products. The characteristics of the products are those communicated by the manufacturer on the instructions for use or on any other document accompanying the products.
On the site:
The consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of return costs. You can exercise this right on all items purchased, returned in their original packaging and unused, except for electrical appliances and items when they have been unsealed. This option is not open to purchases in salons.
